We’re hiring!

We are looking to grow our Latitude Crew! The team is looking to hire two part-time roles on the team:


An ADMINISTRATION position

We need an organized, logistical whiz to help us organize bookings, answer emails, manage our calendar, and help keep operations running smoothly! Ideally, this person would also help us with accounting tasks.

A SOCIAL MEDIA position

We need a creative with a passion for marine wildlife and ecotourism to manage our social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). This role will involve planning and executing posts, copywriting, media management, and other tasks like helping out with our website, newsletter, and blog.

For both roles, our ideal candidates are super organized, great at customer service, bilingual (in English and Spanish), and love the ocean and marine life. Our preference would be to find Cabo locals to fill these roles (especially for the admin role), but would consider remote hires for the right people! These positions could be filled by two different individuals but if you feel like you might be the perfect fit for both, the positions could become one FULLTIME POSITION.
