+ Do I need to know how to swim?
Basic swimming skills are required.
+ Do I need to have a scuba certification?
You do not need a scuba certificate for our shark and snorkel tours. we do have some SCUBA activities where certification is required. You can also let us know if you want to get certified.
+ Do you guarantee sightings?
As we are looking for pelagic animals, we can not guarantee sightings every trip.
+ What do I bring with me?
Always bring your swimsuit, we recommend sunscreen or protective clothes for the sun, including a hat and sunglasses. We will provide water and food on board.
+ Do you have an age restriction?
Anybody below the age of 18 must have a liability form signed by parent or guardian. For trips with children below age 13 years, a private tour is required. Safety is the most important factor for us.
+ How many people per trip?
Our standard is maximum 6 people per boat. To provide the best service and get the best experience. If you would like to bring more people shoot us a message and we work something out.
+ Is gear indcluded?
For all snorkeling and freediving activities gear (mask, snorkel, fins and wetsuit) is included. For scuba diving, we have full sets available to rent.
+ What is provided on board?
We provide towels, fully equipped first aid kit, snacks, cold drinks, and lunchbox on full day trips. An emergency satellite phone is always present.
+ Where will we go?
That will depends on weather and ocean conditions of the day. We'll go to the location which in our opinion and experience will be the best for encounters on that day.
+ Is swimming with sharks safe?
Getting in the water around with sharks around always comes with a risk. We will give an extended briefing on our protocols and how to behave in water. You will always have minimum 1 safety diver with you.
+ Can everyone get in the water with sharks?
Everyone can get in the water. After our briefing you will have a good idea of the activity and for people that come for the first time feel more comfortable and ready. There will always be a safety diver with you. If you have any doubts feel free to contact us and we answer you personally.
+ Do I need travel insurance?
It is not mandatory to have travel insurance but we do recommend it.
+ Do I need diver insurance?
We recommend diver insurance only for our expeditions and not on our day trip adventures.
+ How do I confirm a trip?
Please send us an email and we will get in touch. we require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation
+ What is your cancellation policy?

+ How are you handeling COVID?
We are all certified by the Mexican government in COVID Health management. We provide hand sanitizer on the boat and since we always go out in small grous, physical distancing is not an issue on our trips. All our equipment, water bottles, and the boat itself are disinfected after every trip.
+ Can you help me plan the rest of my trip?
We are always happy to provide more info and make arrangements for you to fully enjoy your holiday.
+ What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept bank transfers and cash. We will be accepting credit cards soon, we are working on it!
